Perfecto Yasay Jr.

Yasay is an outstanding lawyer and former associate commissioner of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 1993. He became chairman in 1995 until 2000. He was one of the principal witnesses who testified in the impeachment trial against former President Joseph Estrada on charges of corruption that led to Estrada’s ouster. Currently, his legal background includes being a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court and U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a senior partner at two law firms.
